On behalf Of Early Beginners Group Of Schools, we acknowledge and appreciate our inestimable parents for their patronage and unflinching support throughout the term and most especially during our 11th Biennial Early-Lympic Inter House Sports competitions for our (Lagos and Ogun State) held at Agege Stadium.
It has been wonderful partnering with you, the enormous benefits we accrue from our partnership which was geared towards achieving greatness in the lives of our pupils. We truly recognize and appreciate your effort and unreserved love for your wards and this great institution.
Our prayer is that the Almighty God will meet you at every point of your needs by His Grace.
GENERAL OVERVIEW.
The term commenced on Monday 9th January 2023 with a revision of 1st term Scheme Of Work and kick-starting of 2nd term’s activities.
- PRAY FOR YOUR CHILD
We started this term with a prayer session in Ogun and Lagos State Schools on the 13th of January, 2023, while our Abuja school conducted theirs a week before resumption in consonance with the school tradition. This is a forum where parents and teachers meet to pray for the general welfare of their wards and the school as a family.
- ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS/ ACTIVITIES.
The academic objectives of this term were enormously accomplished with strong collaborative efforts and teamwork despite the distraction of Election Holidays, although they were necessary for the safety of our learners. The academic performance of our learners is affirmatively progressing as our educators are dedicated to giving judicious time to those learners with subjects challenge via academic support programs
The following activities were carried out during the course of the term. The activities include; a spelling Bee, debate, practical activities, etc.
- DEWORMING:
This exercise was administered to pupils whose parents subscribed to it. This takes place every second week of resumption in our schools with the aim of keeping the pupils fit and healthy for the term’s activities.
GRADUATING CLASSES
The graduating sets are:
KG2 – Dress Code: Black Suit and Red Inner
YEAR 6 – Dress Code: Black Suit and Lemon Inner
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES/ SKILL ACQUISITION.
In order to train a total child in all domains, all extracurricular activities were properly carried out by the teachers in charge. Pupils were engaged in different skills of their choice ranging from STEM, coding, hairstyling, catering, young farmers, etc.
SCHOOL FEES
The success of each term’s activities depends on prompt and full payment of fees. On this score, we are counting on your full support to make this coming term a huge success.
However, the entrance of pupils into the school premises will be based on the presentation of proof of payment at the beginning of the term. We implore parents to keep strictly to this policy as it will help us to serve you better.
EXTERNAL EXAMINATION.
The year 6 Pupils were being registered for CASS and LASGEM Examination which guarantee them Primary School Leaving Certificate. Selected pupils of the same class who indicated an interest in gaining admission into the Federal Unity schools were also registered for the Examination.
INTER HOUSE COMPETITION
In the just concluded term, our pupils were actively involved in the 11th Biennial Inter House Sports Program held on Wednesday, 15th February 2023 at the Agege Stadium, Lagos. It was an opportunity for learners to showcase their sporting talents and infuse the learning domains into sports. This training program was a window of opportunity to properly educate our learners on the expectations of a good sportsman.

SECURITY CONSCIOUSNESS.
It is noteworthy that parents should please be more security conscious and adhere strictly to the school policy;
* Principal should be informed of any change in the arrangement of who picks up your child or children after school hours and whoever you authorize should identify with a valid I.D card. No child would be released to an unidentified person irrespective of the circumstances.
*Parents should take adequate care of a sick or unwell child and desist from sending them to school with medication for teachers or others to administer.
* Delivery of food for pupil(s) after resumption at school is not allowed. Kindly subscribe for school lunch or ensure your wards come along with lunch pack(s).
OPEN HOUSE.
This term’s open house took place in Abuja on the 22nd of February, 2023 while Ogun and Lagos took place on Friday, 10th March, 2023 respectively. Parents’ turnout was so encouraging and all the issues raised concerning their wards are being attended to by the Management. The school was greatly commended and all suggestions have been noted for due consideration.
Another opportunity comes up next term and we look forward to seeing you. However, our doors are open to receive any concerns you have at any time without having to wait till the next open house day.
PREFECT-SHIP ELECTION
The prefect-ship election is one of such that best portray the eloquence, charisma, persuasive spirit, and healthy competition among learners and how they showcase their outspokenness and teamwork. There will be an election of Student parliaments for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. All aspirants shall carry out the campaign and give their manifestos before the Election date.

TRANSPORTATION.
Our team worked hard to ensure hitch-free services this term. We promise to continue to soar higher and appeal to parents to get their wards ready early enough to avoid delaying the buses. We would like to bring to your notice that the habit of delaying the school buses longer than necessary will no longer be tolerated henceforth.
QUALITY ASSURANCE.
The Management will leave no stone unturned to ensure best practices and standards are sustained. Teachers’ conduct, Teaching Methodology, and other expected attributes of a good professional teacher were checked as supervisors visit classes during the teaching/ learning process to ensure the best standard.
Besides the foregoing, the offices of the Academic Coordinator and the internal/ external inspectors contained in section 3 of the staff manual are constituted under ‘The Department Of Policy Research/Development and Quality Assurance. The department is saddled with the responsibilities of policy formulation, curriculum, and human resource development.
EXAMINATION.
2nd term Examination for 2022/2023 commenced on Monday 27th – Wednesday 5th April, 2023 and it was a success.
SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT.
We appreciate our esteemed parents and Guardians for prompt payment of their ward’s school fees and pray that the Lord will continue to bless the works of your hands.
Kindly take note of your ward(s) bill for the 3rd term 2022/2023 Academic Session and make payment on or before resumption.
Parents should visit your wards portal at www.earlyschools.org for payment and to download academic progress reports.
NOTE;
Any payment other than that made in the school account details or on the School website would be at your own risk as no staff is authorized to receive cash or other forms of payments on behalf of the institution.
VACATION.
The school vacated for the 2nd term 2022/2023 on Wednesday 5th April 2023.
PTF (PARENTS/TEACHERS FORUM)
The 2nd Term 2022/2023 Academic Session PTF was held in Ogun and Abuja Schools on 27th January 2023, while Lagos was held on 10th March 2023 respectively. We had a well-attended PTF meeting. We wish to seize this opportunity to thank all parents for creating the time to attend the meeting. May the Lord bless you all.
MONTHLY EVALUATION AWARDS
It has been our culture to appreciate and encourage the most outstanding, intelligent, and hardworking pupils and staff of our reputable institution every month.
