We say a very big thank you.

We promise to always be up and doing in making sure that the best in your ward(s) is not only achieved but sustained.

We appreciate the dedication and commitment of our ever-ready members of staff and their willingness to leave no stone unturned toward giving their very best to our scholars. In the same vein, we appreciate our scholars for yielding to our life-shaping process which has led to noticeable daily improvement in their lives.

ACADEMICS

The 1st term 2022/2023 academic session began on the 12th day of September 2022 and we have witnessed a lot of academic and co-curricular activities. Scholars’ performances this term were wonderful as it reflected in their weekly test and terminal results. The co-curricular programs were excellent as well. This shows the commitment in our scholars, as they have demonstrated diligence in their studies. We implore parents not to relent in their effort at the home front to encourage their ward(s) to study hard when they are at home. Our dear esteemed parents, be rest assured of our commitment to the academic and moral excellence of your child [ren] under our care.

* WEEKLY ASSESSMENT:

There were a series of weekly Evaluations in line with the scheme of work based on topics taught. This helped to ascertain learners’ ability to recall and refresh their memory.

* EXTENSION CLASSES:

This has commenced for students in terminal classes who are having challenges in one subject off another other. This will help in preparing them for their external Examinations coming up next year.

TRAINING AND SEMINAR:

To improve our human resources and the quality of our teaching and other services, the members of staff were trained before the commencement of the session to equip them for effective delivery in the teaching and learning process and to ensure that all staff is in tune with the 21st century teaching methodologies.

SURROGATE.

We are pleased to inform our esteemed Parents that in addition to our daily assembly and moral talk, Mentorship and counseling sessions is now of paramount importance in our scholars’ life. These sessions have been of great blessings to our scholars as they demonstrate noticeable improvements on a daily basis in their academics as well as their moral life.

DISCIPLINE

Our esteemed Parents are fully aware of our stance on discipline. Discipline is part and parcel of our life-shaping process. This has been made possible over the years through the support of most of our parents. We appeal to some of our parents who still find it difficult to give us full-fledged support in this area to do so as our stand is informed by scriptural counsel which says, train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). Let’s endeavor to keep an eye on our children and join efforts with the School towards correcting undesirable behavior. This no doubt will help our children to be socially adjusted and walk on the path of rectitude.

USE OF PHONE.

This is to bring to the notice of our esteemed parents that the use of the telephone is highly prohibited in the school and for no reason must any child come to the school with one, for it will be confiscated by the school authority and will not be returned back to the owner until the end of the session. In case there is the need to pass a message to them as Parents, you can call their class teachers, Surrogate parents or the Principal.

PUNCTUALITY TO SCHOOL (STUDENT’S CONDUCT)

We have noticed with delight that our scholars now come to school earlier than before. More gratifying is the excitement with which they come to school every day. This is a great feat which we attribute to the commitment of you all our esteemed Parents. Let us endeavor to keep up this good work. It is said that punctuality is the soul of business. Once our scholars are used to it now, it will become a great asset to them in the future in leadership. Every student is expected to be in school no later than 8.00 a.m. as all are expected to participate in the morning Assembly which begins at 8.00 a.m. Parents of children who consistently come late to school may be invited to see the Principal for an interaction.

DRES’S CODE

We are highly concerned with our students’ appearance. Kindly note the following:

  1. Students must be neatly dressed to school every day, if not they will be punished or sent back home.
  2. Trainers, boots, net shoes, canvas e.t.c is highly prohibited. Also, ankle sock is not allowed
